You can follow the course of the stream ‘ruisseau de Saint-Vincent’ running near Couetilliec’s southern boundary to the river Scorff (4.5km), then follow the Scorff via the ‘Sentier des Sources à l’Océan’ to Brittany’s south coast, circa 65km! Another local river ‘la Sarre’ has been described as a haven for the European otter and identified as as reintroduction site for the European freshwater mussel.
